- Execute comprehensive SEO audits and implement technical fixes to improve site ranking, crawlability, and user experience.
- Develop and execute high-conversion recruitment strategies to attract top-tier tech talent across the US.
- Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to optimize content for both search engines and candidate conversion.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and SEO data to drive continuous improvement and business growth.
- Manage end-to-end remote hiring processes, including screening resumes, conducting technical interviews, and onboarding.
- Stay updated on Google algorithm updates and HR industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in SEO, Digital Marketing, or Technical Recruitment.
- Deep understanding of keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Proven track record of successful remote hiring and candidate management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
