Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound sales calls to generate new business leads.
- Consult with potential clients to understand their specific needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Close sales opportunities and meet or exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the management team to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
- Participate in daily training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
- Strong communication skills and a professional telephone demeanor.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to work full-time hours (Monday through Friday).
