Responsibilities
- Architect and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligning with 2026+ technological inflection points
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional think tanks to prototype future-facing business models and revenue streams
- Develop patentable frameworks for sustainable scalability in resource-constrained futures
- Partner with venture capital arms to incubate and accelerate emerging tech ventures
- Present strategic foresight to stakeholders through immersive scenario-planning workshops
- Mentor next-gen futurists in ethical innovation and exponential thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or equivalent with 8+ years in innovation leadership
- Proven track record launching at least two ventures with $50M+ market impact
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Certification in Futures Forecasting (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent foresight methodologies
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in trend analysis platforms (e.g., TrendHunter, Gartner)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on digital transformation and disruption preparedness
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight frameworks or patented innovation methodologies
