Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and implement robust, high-availability cloud-native architectures using Kubernetes and microservices.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and best practices.
- Strategic Planning: Define the technical roadmap for 2026, ensuring alignment with business goals and emerging industry trends.
- Security & Compliance: Oversee system security protocols and ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize system performance to ensure seamless user experiences.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and systems architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, and major cloud providers. Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to troubleshoot complex, distributed system issues and provide scalable solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
