Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of high-level system architectures for our 2026 product roadmap, focusing on AI integration and edge computing.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define technical strategies that align with long-term business goals, anticipating future technological trends and scalability needs.
- Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor senior engineering teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all systems adhere to the highest security standards and regulatory compliance requirements.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization technologies (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Future Tech: Demonstrated experience or keen interest in AI/ML infrastructure, Quantum computing, or Web3 technologies.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
