Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business goals.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems capable of handling next-gen data loads.
- Lead the integration of emerging technologies such as Neural Networks and Edge Computing.
- Conduct feasibility studies and Proof of Concepts (POCs) for futuristic tech stacks.
- Mentor engineering teams and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Identify potential risks in current architectures and propose proactive solutions for future scalability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on cloud-native solutions.
- Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning pipelines, and quantum computing principles.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and strategic thinking abilities.
- Strong communication skills to translate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
