- Cloud Architecture: Design resilient, distributed cloud infrastructure capable of handling high-volume data processing.
- Talent Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of innovation by mentoring senior engineers and fostering technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for diverse stakeholders.
- Future Tech Integration: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing, edge AI) into existing ecosystems.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML leadership roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to non-technical audiences.
- Vision: A deep understanding of current tech trends and a proven track record of predicting future industry shifts.
