Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of next-generation AI systems targeting deployment in 2026.
- Define and implement the core technical roadmap for our future product lines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate emerging technologies (GenAI, HPC) into scalable platforms.
- Conduct R&D on novel algorithms and evaluate their feasibility for real-world applications.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for future-proof software development.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex, large-scale projects.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
