Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3) into product ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and researchers through experimental R&D phases
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and technology pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks and technology forecasts to executive stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption impact and ROI
- Champion ethical innovation practices and responsible tech development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or product development, with 5+ years in strategic leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience managing innovation pipelines and R&D budgets >$5M
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems and venture capital community
