Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical strategy for AI and Future Tech projects leading up to 2026.
- Architect scalable machine learning models and quantum-ready software infrastructure.
- Mentor a high-performance engineering team and foster a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies and integrate them into our core stack.
- Oversee the R&D pipeline and ensure timely delivery of proof-of-concepts.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI or Quantum Computing.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, enterprise-level AI solutions.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles and responsible technology development.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
