Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 product ecosystem, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Innovation Management: Identify emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Readiness, Edge Computing) and evaluate their potential for integration into our core infrastructure.
- Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure system architectures that can withstand the demands of a future-proof platform.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product managers to translate strategic vision into technical execution.
- Process Improvement: Implement modern software development practices (CI/CD, Agile/Scrum) to maximize efficiency and output.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and modern programming languages (Go, Rust, Python, or TypeScript).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of leading teams through complex digital transformations.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
