Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, biotech) to develop 3-5 year strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate tech capabilities into product opportunities
- Partner with R&D to prioritize R&D investments and validate prototypes
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite with clear ROI projections
- Monitor global tech policies and ethical frameworks to ensure compliance
- Build external partnerships with academic institutions and startups
- Document innovation metrics and iterate based on market feedback
Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech roles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/neurotech)
- Proven track record of launching tech-driven products at scale
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Strong data modeling and scenario planning skills
- Exceptional communication for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
- Experience with agile development and rapid prototyping
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Institute) preferred
