Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and technology forecasting for 2026+ innovations across quantum, AI, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Develop strategic roadmaps aligning emerging technologies with market demands and business objectives
- Conduct competitive analysis and opportunity assessments in nascent tech domains
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-tech insights into corporate strategy
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders and industry forums
- Build and maintain a global network of technology pioneers and research institutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of developing future-tech roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech/climate tech)
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through technology transformation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech strategy or innovation (patents, journals, keynotes)
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and strategic frameworks
