- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen tech solutions
- Analyze market trends to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, blockchain, and biotech
- Design ethical frameworks for responsible technology deployment
- Present vision to C-suite and external stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Manage innovation pipeline with stage-gate methodology
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Proven track record in commercializing disruptive technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, or neuromorphic systems
- Exceptional analytical and strategic planning capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong presentation skills with executive audience experience
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or major conferences
