Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum algorithms, neural interfaces, climate tech)
- Identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercial viability through competitive analysis
- Collaborate with R&D to transform theoretical concepts into scalable products
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage innovation budgets and vendor partnerships for emerging tech ecosystems
Qualifications
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in tech strategy with proven success in emerging tech adoption
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, blockchain, or climate tech
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong track record of leading cross-functional innovation initiatives
- Published research or patents in future technologies preferred
