Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI, blockchain) for strategic implementation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation opportunities for 2026
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor global tech disruptions and competitive intelligence
- Establish KPIs to measure strategic initiatives' impact on business growth
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-forward solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or senior leadership role
- Proven experience developing long-term tech roadmaps (5+ years)
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, IoT)
- Certification in technology management or strategic planning (e.g., TOGAF)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning abilities
- Strong stakeholder management and executive presentation skills
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
