Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential for our industry
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing proof-of-concept prototypes for future solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Develop frameworks for ethical AI implementation and sustainable tech integration
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory changes affecting future deployments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in tech strategy with 3+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management (e.g., CIMS)
- Experience with scenario planning and future-state modeling methodologies
