Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 technology strategy framework, aligning with UN SDGs and global tech governance trends
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in quantum-AI convergence, neural interfaces, and climate-positive tech
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, CERN, and other future-focused research institutions
- Author white papers on ethical AI deployment and post-scarcity economic models
- Oversee the Future Tech Incubator program mentoring 50+ next-gen innovators annually
- Represent company at Davos, Web Summit, and global tech policy forums
- Drive adoption of decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs) in corporate governance
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record in scaling exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, biotech)
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Published author in Nature Futures or similar high-impact journals
- Deep understanding of Web3.0 stack and quantum-resistant cryptography
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $50M
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio of deployed solutions impacting 1M+ users
