Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Architect and oversee the strategic vision for emerging technologies, focusing on AI, Quantum Computing, and Spatial Computing integration.
- Lead AI Transformation: Drive the adoption of Generative AI and Large Language Models across all departments to enhance operational efficiency.
- Foresight Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on technological trends to predict market shifts and identify competitive advantages.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Innovation Labs: Establish and manage an internal incubator for experimental technologies to ensure we are ahead of the curve.
- Policy & Ethics: Develop ethical guidelines for autonomous systems and AI deployment in alignment with 2026 compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Strategic Leadership: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (C-Level or VP).
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and emerging tech stacks relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to navigate complex challenges and devise innovative solutions for future scalability.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences, from engineers to non-technical executives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Certification: PMP, TOGAF, or similar strategic architecture certification is a plus.
