Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing or AI ethics
- Published research in Nature/Science on future tech (2018-2023)
- Expertise in federated learning and homomorphic encryption
- Track record securing $2M+ in government innovation grants
- Proficiency in Python, Qiskit, and TensorFlow Quantum
- Fluency in Mandarin and German for international collaborations
