Responsibilities

- Develop 5-10 year strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Secure and allocate R&D budgets for high-impact projects
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory shifts affecting emerging tech
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record launching successful future-tech initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, etc.)
- Strong financial modeling and budget management skills
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Published thought leadership in tech or business journals
- Experience scaling teams from concept to commercialization
