Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026-2030 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market evolution
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present futuristic technology visions to stakeholders and investors
- Drive adoption of exponential technologies across product lines
- Monitor global tech policy developments affecting 2026+ landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential tech domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Experience developing long-term (5+ year) technology roadmaps
- Strong background in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends
