Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (2026+) to identify disruptive opportunities and market gaps
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, IoT, and biotech innovations for enterprise solutions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future product ecosystems and user experiences
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype and validate next-generation concepts
- Author thought leadership content and present at industry conferences on tech futures
- Establish KPIs and frameworks to measure innovation ROI and adoption readiness
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts affecting technology deployment timelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Expertise in at least 2 emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex systems and scenarios
- Experience with agile innovation methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Certification in futures thinking or strategic foresight preferred
- Published author or speaker on technology trends (TEDx, WSJ, etc.)
