- Mentor junior strategists in future technology methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CDIO, PDMA)
- Demonstrated success securing $1M+ R&D budgets
