Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-year technology roadmaps for 2026 market readiness
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, biotech, Web3) and assess strategic implementation opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite to align tech investments with business growth objectives
- Design and oversee pilot programs for breakthrough technologies with 18-month ROI projections
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI and responsible innovation adoption
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members quarterly
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to market deployment
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, decentralized systems
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or equivalent strategic planning framework
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on tech disruption scenarios
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Fluency in Mandarin or German preferred for global stakeholder engagement
