Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and technology forecasting to identify disruptive innovations with 3-5 year market impact
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for integrating emerging technologies into core business operations
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs with Fortune 500 partners to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Present technology adoption strategies to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven ROI projections
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, VCs, and academic research institutions
- Author thought leadership publications on technology trends and market disruption
- Mentor internal teams on emerging technology adoption and change management
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or emerging technology commercialization
- Proven track record of launching technology products with $50M+ market impact
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or Business Innovation
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar foresight qualification preferred
- Portfolio of successfully commercialized emerging technologies
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Deep understanding of technology adoption lifecycle models
