Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, Web3) and develop implementation roadmaps for 2026 adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Build strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry pioneers
- Develop comprehensive technology governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment
- Present strategic technology blueprints to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage innovation budget allocation and ROI tracking for future-tech initiatives
- Author thought leadership content positioning InnovateX in the 2026 technology landscape
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least three of these domains: AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, AR/VR, or quantum computing
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner) or MBA with tech focus
- Experience building and leading cross-disciplinary innovation teams
- Demonstrated success securing $5M+ in innovation funding or venture capital
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals or industry publications
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into executive-level business strategies
