Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the technology strategy for 2026, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies, including AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, and more, to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership teams to integrate future technologies into our product roadmap.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
- Develop and present compelling business cases for new technology investments, including ROI projections and risk assessments.
- Foster a culture of innovation by organizing workshops, hackathons, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or a related role, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and implementing emerging technologies in a corporate environment.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
