Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and develop strategic implementation roadmaps for 2026
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical teams on future innovation priorities
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and identify market disruption opportunities
- Develop future-proofing frameworks for existing product portfolios
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-backed insights
- Build and maintain a global network of technology innovators and thought leaders
- Author annual technology strategy whitepapers and industry forecasts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and translating them to business value
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong executive communication skills for influencing C-level decisions
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation publications
