Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3) and their market impact through 2030
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption and integration across global operations
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech initiatives with business growth and sustainability goals
- Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities with startups, research institutions, and tech leaders
- Present visionary insights to stakeholders through executive briefings and thought leadership publications
- Oversee pilot programs for emerging technologies with measurable ROI and risk assessment
- Drive innovation culture by mentoring teams on future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, innovation management, or future-tech research
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with ability to forecast tech trends and market disruptions
- Experience presenting complex technical concepts to C-level executives and boards
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field preferred
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Practitioner) or equivalent
