Responsibilities
- Scan horizon for emerging technologies (2026-2030) and assess commercial viability through market analysis and patent research
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints integrating blockchain, neural interfaces, and climate tech solutions
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen systems in our 2026 Innovation Lab
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board with data-driven impact projections
- Build ecosystem partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI tracking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futures Studies; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in launching commercialized emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI governance, or climate tech
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio of published research or patents in emerging technologies
