Responsibilities
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 societal needs
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on emerging tech incubation projects
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite and industry consortiums
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies
- Secure patents for at least 3 disruptive innovations annually
- Advise on policy implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or Bioengineering with 8+ years R&D experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on future technologies
- Proven track record of scaling experimental prototypes to commercial deployment
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains: quantum, nanotech, synthetic biology
- Experience securing $10M+ in government or private innovation grants
- Public speaking record at global tech summits (Web Summit, CES)
- Portfolio of 5+ patented technologies solving 21st-century challenges
