Responsibilities
- Architect scalable solutions for 2026-era technological challenges
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant systems
- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI-human collaboration frameworks
- Research and integrate emerging technologies (neuromorphic chips, bio-digital interfaces)
- Present future-vision briefings to C-suite and board members
- Drive innovation sprints with venture-backed startups
- Ensure ethical alignment with global tech governance frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology architecture with 5+ in emerging tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- Published research in IEEE journals on quantum or AI systems
- Expertise in at least two: quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or bio-digital interfaces
- Proven track record of scaling systems to 10M+ users
- Deep understanding of ethical AI governance (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Experience with federal R&D grants (DARPA, NSF)
