Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to forecast market disruptions and competitive threats
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-gen AI systems and autonomous technologies
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and acquire 2026-relevant startups
- Design resilience protocols for critical infrastructure against quantum decryption threats
- Present strategic recommendations to board members with data-driven impact projections
- Coordinate with UN technology task forces on global AI governance standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy with proven 2020s innovation track record
- Expertise in quantum computing architectures or biotech-AI convergence systems
- Published research on existential risk mitigation for AGI or synthetic biology
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Deep understanding of post-quantum cryptography standards
- Board-level presentation experience with Fortune 500 companies
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Physics, Computational Biology, or AI Ethics
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
