Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with quantifiable milestones
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory landscapes affecting 2026 implementation
- Drive adoption of agile methodologies in long-term planning processes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Proven track record in scaling future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
