Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype next-gen solutions in our Austin Innovation Lab
- Analyze emerging market trends and competitor landscapes to identify strategic opportunities
- Present vision frameworks to C-suite and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation portfolio with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on exclusive research initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: AGI, synthetic biology, or quantum computing
- Proven track record of launching products with $50M+ market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) required
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global partnerships
