Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, metaverse, etc.) for implementation viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Monitor competitive technology landscapes and identify disruptive threats/opportunities
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption success and measure ROI on innovation investments
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and technology pioneers
- Mentor junior strategists and cultivate a culture of continuous innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing future-forward technologies in enterprise environments
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Certification in technology management or strategic planning (e.g., TOGAF, CTO Academy)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- MSc/MBA in Technology Management, Computer Science, or related field
