- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global R&D centers
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive innovation governance frameworks for ethical technology deployment
- Secure and manage $5M+ annual R&D budgets for future-focused initiatives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum initiatives beyond concept phase
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants ($10M+)
- Expertise in technology ethics frameworks (IEEE 7000, ISO 39001)
- Fluency in emerging tech standards (ISO/IEC 24027, NIST AI RMF)
- Global network of innovators across Silicon Valley, Cambridge, and Shenzhen
