Responsibilities
- Architect 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping emerging tech solutions (quantum, AI, Web3)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies before mainstream adoption
- Develop ethical frameworks for AI/automation deployment across global operations
- Present strategic briefings to stakeholders on tech evolution risks and opportunities
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget for pilot programs and R&D partnerships
- Establish industry thought leadership through whitepapers and conference keynotes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of executing multi-year digital transformation programs
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight methodologies
- Experience developing AI ethics policies and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Strong network with venture capital and academic research communities
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating successful tech commercialization in emerging markets
