- Develop multi-year technology strategy aligned with business objectives and market evolution
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic frameworks to investors and board members with compelling data visualizations
- Establish partnerships with research labs and disruptors to secure first-mover advantages
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-driven decision frameworks
- Mentor a team of technologists and futurists to cultivate next-gen expertise
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy, product innovation, or CTO/CIO roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies to market
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., from WFS or APF)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex systems and scenarios
