Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technology roadmaps for 2026+ aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) with disruptive potential
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate strategic technology initiatives into company vision
- Present technology foresight insights to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Manage vendor partnerships and pilot programs for emerging technologies
- Mentor junior strategists and cultivate a culture of continuous innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product management, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of implementing successful future-oriented tech initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, AR/VR) and their business applications
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology, Business, or related field preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend forecasting
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile environments
- Portfolio demonstrating technology strategy projects with measurable impact
