- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and industry disruptors
- Present visionary technology briefings to C-suite executives and board members
- Oversee R&D initiatives with $15M+ annual budget allocation
- Drive innovation through hackathons, patent development, and thought leadership publications
- Ensure technology initiatives align with ESG principles and sustainable development goals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in executive leadership roles
- Proven track record in implementing transformative tech initiatives at scale
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, or biotech
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
