Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ market adoption
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI measurement
- Partner with venture capital firms for emerging tech scouting
- Author thought leadership on future technology implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Certification in innovation management or technology strategy preferred
- Strong presentation skills for executive-level audiences
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies a plus
