Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology strategy aligning with 2026 market projections and business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (quantum, AI, Web3, biotech) into product roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation ROI
- Build and manage external partnerships with research labs and startups
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of future technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with Fortune 500 or scale-up companies
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Expertise in foresight methodologies (e.g., scenario planning, Delphi technique)
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech ROI projections
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, journals, keynotes)
- Experience managing $5M+ innovation budgets
- Certifications in AI governance or sustainable technology preferred
