Responsibilities
- Architect and implement a 3-year technology strategy aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research and integration of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, Web3) into core business operations
- Develop predictive models for technology adoption ROI and market disruption scenarios
- Partner with product teams to incubate next-gen solutions and competitive differentiation
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for innovation portfolios and track technology maturity metrics
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech infrastructure and circular economy models
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record in translating complex tech trends into executable business strategies
- Expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, AR/VR, or biotech
- Experience with scenario planning and market disruption modeling
- Strong financial acumen with ability to build ROI models for tech investments
- Certifications in technology management (e.g., CIO, TOGAF) or data science preferred
