Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems to identify disruptive opportunities
- Partner with product and engineering teams to integrate emerging technologies into scalable solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven risk/benefit analyses
- Establish innovation labs and pilot programs for prototyping next-gen technologies
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future tech adoption and digital transformation
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their implications for business strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or future-focused R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching enterprise-level initiatives in AI, blockchain, or biotech
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting, and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong quantitative skills with experience in market sizing and ROI modeling for emerging tech
