Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, sustainable AI)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis in next-gen tech domains
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and adoption readiness
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Manage $2M+ innovation portfolio with quarterly reviews and pivots
- Foster partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with proven 2020+ tech roadmap delivery
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, biotech, AGI, or climate tech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on future studies
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
- Strong background in scaling technologies from concept to commercialization
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and venture capital investors
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and predictive analytics platforms
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-disciplinary technical teams
