Responsibilities
- Design and implement 2026 technology roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and quantum computing paradigms
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging disruptive technologies with 3-5 year impact
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks for Fortune 500 partners seeking future-proof solutions
- Chair quarterly Future Councils with industry leaders to shape next-generation standards
- Execute rapid prototyping sprints for breakthrough concepts using our Innovation Lab facilities
- Author forward-looking white papers published in top-tier tech publications
- Mentor junior futurists in strategic foresight methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and disruptive trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in AI ethics, quantum computing applications, or sustainable innovation
- Experience with rapid prototyping methodologies and innovation frameworks (e.g., Design Thinking 2.0)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFAP) or equivalent professional designation
