- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align organizational strategy with future-proof capabilities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to cultivate future literacy across departments
- Produce trend reports and strategic briefings for executive stakeholders and investors
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for potential integration into business models
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic frameworks
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
