Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026 technology landscape, identifying disruptive opportunities across AI, biotech, and quantum systems
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and emerging market demands
- Facilitate design-thinking workshops with global stakeholders to translate foresight into actionable product concepts
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation impact and ROI of emerging technology investments
- Author thought leadership publications and industry white papers positioning Horizon Dynamics as a future-shaping authority
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with agile resource allocation and risk mitigation protocols
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or technology consulting with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of developing and executing technology roadmaps with measurable market impact
- Expertise in emerging domains: generative AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neural interfaces
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Strong proficiency in foresight methodologies: Delphi analysis, scenario planning, and weak signal detection
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience briefing C-suite executives and board members
- Published author in innovation or technology foresight journals (minimum 3 peer-reviewed articles)
